The Perfect Candidate

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate nurse who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. As a Surgical Intensive Care Nurse, you will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide individualized patient care and contribute to the overall success of our hospital.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will perform direct patient care within the scope of the Registered Nurse Practice Act.
  • You will use therapeutic communication in daily practice, maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment.
  • You will identify nursing problems as they relate to individual patient needs and plan individualized patient care utilizing an interdisciplinary approach.
  • You will participate in performance improvement activities and provide care that fosters the goals of the hospital's mission and vision statement.
