Job Summary:

The University of California, Irvine seeks a skilled Radiologic Technologist to perform a range of general diagnostic radiologic procedures. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for operating imaging equipment, preparing patients for exams, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for all patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate imaging equipment, including X-ray machines, CT scanners, and MRI machines
  • Prepare patients for exams, including positioning and draping
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for all patients and staff
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques
Requirements:
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) certification
  • Rad Tech Fluoroscopy Permit
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
