We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Novant Health. As a leader in patient care, you will establish meaningful relationships with patients and their support systems, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care to promote optimal health or support a peaceful death.
- Utilize evidence-based practices and compassion to navigate patients through their health journey.
- Accept responsibility, authority, and accountability for managing and providing care in accordance with current policies and procedures.
- High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, required.
- Current RN licensure in the appropriate state, required.
- NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required.
