About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketo Campaign Operations Specialist to join our team at CommScope. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for the project management and execution of cross-channel marketing automation campaigns within Marketo.

As a Marketo expert, you will work closely with our global marketing, sales, and IT teams to understand objectives, develop programs, and ensure execution and segmentation strategies meet those objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and use Marketo to build out, execute, monitor, and report on marketing campaigns and programs at an enterprise level
  • Develop and deploy automated communication journeys leveraging email, landing pages, forms, and lists
  • Establish and manage large and complex audience segments & messaging sequences
  • Improve campaign performance by identifying business opportunities in user data, campaign results, and cross-channel attribution
  • Integrate the marketing campaign process between the CRM and Marketo
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent experience
  • Three or more years of experience configuring and using Marketo to build out, execute, monitor, and report on marketing campaigns and programs at an enterprise level
  • Experience in marketing campaign lead management, metrics best practices, and campaign management
  • Knowledge of email and landing page best practices
  • Demonstrated capabilities in managing large and complex audience segments & messaging sequences
  • Proven ability to improve campaign performance by identifying business opportunities in user data, campaign results, and cross-channel attribution
  • Background in using CRMs, including Microsoft Dynamics
