Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Proactively manage the business portfolio to increase revenue, optimize resource allocation, and track expenses.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that client properties meet or exceed Greenscape's quality standards (90% or above) and maintain a high level of quality control throughout all operations.
  • Client Relations: Communicate effectively with clients, resolve issues in a timely manner, and provide legendary customer service at all times.
  • Personnel Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for foremen and crew members, and work with the Branch and/or Production Manager to conduct performance reviews.
  • Administrative: Manage resources, track labor and materials, and ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Current and valid driver's license
  • 3 years' experience in landscape maintenance, including mowing, bed maintenance, planting, and pruning
  • A minimum of 3 years as a manager in commercial landscape management
  • Advanced knowledge of trees, landscape plants, annuals, perennials, and horticultural practices
  • Experience working in commercial landscape
  • Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Drug screen, criminal background check, and MVR required
