Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $21.00 - $22.00
Key Responsibilities:
The Front Desk Supervisor will be responsible for:
1. Proactively addressing guest concerns and implementing processes to enhance guest satisfaction.
2. Understanding and enforcing company credit policies, managing cash flow, and ensuring deposits align with company standards.
3. Guiding team members to meet performance and service expectations while providing constructive feedback and support.
4. Performing any additional tasks necessary to fulfill the primary objectives of the role.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs occasionally.
- Capability to stand and/or walk for the duration of scheduled shifts.
Work Schedule:
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
