Job Summary

As a Fabrication Supervisor at Core & Main, you will oversee the fabrication and quality control process, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and control the fabrication process to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Lead a team of associates in the fabrication department, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and Fire Codes, as well as Core & Main's policies and procedures.
  • Manage inventory and oversee maintenance and repairs as necessary.
  • Administer workflow and manage schedules to optimize productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience in fabrication or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
