We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ultrasound Technologist to join our team at DispatchHealth Imaging. As a mobile ultrasound technologist, you will be responsible for performing high-quality ultrasound exams for patients in various service locations, including private residences, skilled nursing homes, and correctional facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Travel to patient locations to perform ultrasound exams using company-provided equipment
- Follow company policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure high-quality patient care
- Demonstrate safe work practices, including safe driving, infection control, and use of personal protective equipment
- Prepare preliminary technologist's worksheets and communicate with reading radiologists
- Complete all forms and maintain records, visits logs, and reports according to standard protocols
- Graduate of an accredited program in Sonography
- Credentialed in medical sonography by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS)
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends
