We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at ConAm Management Corporation. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and replacements to ensure the upkeep of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of maintenance experience
  • Good working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
  • Ability to use simple tools and power tools
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility with schedule and ability to participate in on-call rotation
  • Valid driver's license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage
