Uniti Med is seeking a skilled and dedicated Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse to join our team as a travel nurse. As a travel nurse with Uniti Med, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in the Intensive Care Unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medication, and treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Intensive Care Unit nursing.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends.
