Debt Recovery Specialist

At Dexian - DISYS, we are seeking a skilled Debt Collector I to join our team. As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for executing timely collection and recovery activities to minimize risk costs and optimize returns.

• Identify and investigate payment arrears in the portfolio and code debtors accordingly.
• Communicate with debtors via telephone and written correspondence.
• Manage debtors and arrears processes to ensure timely resolution.
• Review and approve quality adjustment requests in accordance with company guidelines.
• Collect payments and terminate accounts as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of debtor and arrears history for informed decision-making.
