Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee, coordinate, and manage engineering projects related to Science & Technology.
  • Prepare contract support documentation within a scientific and technological framework.
  • Contribute to the development of system capability requirements documents, key performance indicators, and initial capability outlines.
  • Draft essential documents including Statements of Work, Independent Government Cost Estimates, and Contract Data Requirement Lists.
  • Formulate interagency agreements such as Memoranda of Agreement and Memoranda of Understanding.
  • Conduct market assessments and research to evaluate the maturity and suitability of technologies to inform critical documentation.
  • Propose alternatives to enhance effectiveness, performance, cost efficiency, scheduling, and compatibility with existing operations.
  • Analyze and estimate material, equipment services, and production costs.
  • Lead systems engineering activities throughout project execution.
  • Provide a thorough definition of all facets of system development from mission analysis to verification and validation of system performance.
  • Plan and support operations through risk management, cost control, and scheduling; effectively manage large-scale, integrated projects.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline; Master's degree is preferred.
  • Several years of relevant experience in systems engineering.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and Adobe software.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is mandatory.

Travel Requirements:
Occasional OCONUS travel may be necessary (approximately 10%).

Security Clearance:
Active TS/SCI security clearance with CI Polygraph is required.
