EVS Technician

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented EVS Technician to join our team at Del Sol Medical Center. As an EVS Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients, visitors, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Clean and maintain assigned areas in a sanitary, orderly, and attractive condition
- Ensure compliance with local codes and legislation, JCAHO guidelines, and facility policies and procedures
- Set up carts with all necessary supplies and equipment
- Change curtains and cubicle curtains as assigned
- Clean stairwells, elevators, and baseboards
- Clean water fountains
- Clean restrooms and replenish essentials
- Clean working equipment
- Collect and dispose of trash
- Perform additional duties as necessary to fulfill the hospital's obligations
- One year of experience in a general housekeeping environment or equivalent
- Knowledge of methods, materials, and techniques related to effective cleaning, sanitation, and maintaining the aesthetic condition of the assigned facility
- Ability to work rapidly and efficiently under emergency situations
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to learn and perform all essential job functions accurately with minimal direct supervision
