This rewarding opportunity offers the chance to make a real difference in the lives of young students by providing essential therapy services within a supportive and collaborative school environment.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Deliver individualized treatment plans to students with physical impairments, functional limitations, disabilities, or changes in physical function.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate student needs and develop tailored intervention strategies.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless integration of therapy services within the student's IEP (Individualized Education Program).
  • Educate students, families, and caregivers about treatment plans and how they can support the student's progress in various settings.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all therapy sessions and student progress, adhering to state guidelines and company policies.
  • Provide supervision to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) as required by state regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Active or Pending NC OTLicense required, or the ability to obtain it before the start date.
  • Master's degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations is preferred but not mandatory.
