About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Accompaniment Specialist to join our team at Open Sky Community Services. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide guidance and support to individuals with mental illness or dual diagnosis, helping them to live a healthy, productive, and independent life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement procedures to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals served.
  • Assist individuals with morning routines and provide guidance during overnight hours.
  • Utilize crisis intervention techniques to intervene in crisis situations, following established program and agency procedures.
  • Implement individuals' medical and medication protocols in accordance with agency and MAP policies.
  • Assist individuals to access and/or provide all needed transportation.
  • Review and complete all required documentation.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required.
  • Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record, required.
  • Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.
