Salary: $25.00 per hour
The Clubhouse Sanitation Specialist is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in all communal areas of the clubhouse, ensuring a welcoming environment for all members and guests.
Key Responsibilities- Cleaning Duties: Thoroughly clean and sanitize all common areas, including but not limited to the Game Room, Elevators, Locker Rooms, Fitness Area, and Lobby.
- Waste Management: Regularly empty wastebaskets and ashtrays, ensuring a tidy atmosphere.
- Surface Care: Dust and wipe down all furniture, fixtures, and surfaces, including window sills and light switches.
- Floor Maintenance: Vacuum rugs and floors, and ensure all areas are free of debris.
- Restocking Supplies: Replenish towels, washcloths, soap, and other amenities as needed.
- Reporting: Notify management when areas are clean and ready for use.
- Laundry Services: Wash, dry, and fold laundry as required.
Adhere to safety protocols regarding the use of cleaning chemicals and supplies. Be prepared to act in emergency situations as needed.
QualificationsEducation: High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
Experience: At least one year of relevant experience is desirable.
The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks, including bending, stooping, and climbing ladders.
