Role Summary

The Clubhouse Sanitation Specialist is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in all communal areas of the clubhouse, ensuring a welcoming environment for all members and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning Duties: Thoroughly clean and sanitize all common areas, including but not limited to the Game Room, Elevators, Locker Rooms, Fitness Area, and Lobby.
  • Waste Management: Regularly empty wastebaskets and ashtrays, ensuring a tidy atmosphere.
  • Surface Care: Dust and wipe down all furniture, fixtures, and surfaces, including window sills and light switches.
  • Floor Maintenance: Vacuum rugs and floors, and ensure all areas are free of debris.
  • Restocking Supplies: Replenish towels, washcloths, soap, and other amenities as needed.
  • Reporting: Notify management when areas are clean and ready for use.
  • Laundry Services: Wash, dry, and fold laundry as required.
Safety and Compliance

Adhere to safety protocols regarding the use of cleaning chemicals and supplies. Be prepared to act in emergency situations as needed.

Qualifications

Education: High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
Experience: At least one year of relevant experience is desirable.

Physical Requirements

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks, including bending, stooping, and climbing ladders.
