Main Responsibilities:
Our caregiver team members play a vital role in delivering personal care that enhances the quality of life for our clients. Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring a clean, safe, and healthy living environment within the client's residence, which may involve light housekeeping tasks such as tidying up bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas, washing dishes, and doing laundry.
- Providing personal care services as outlined in the client's care plan, including assistance with personal hygiene, mobility, nutrition, dressing, grooming, and safe transfers.
- Preparing meals and offering nutritional assistance.
- Documenting and communicating any changes in the client's physical and mental health.
- Supporting the client with the self-administration of medications.
Qualifications:
- HCA Registration; assistance available for registration if needed.
- Experience in home care or healthcare settings.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively connect with seniors on both personal and professional levels.
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
