Overview
The Sr. Quality Assurance IS Specialist plays a pivotal role in the Information Services technical organization, driving quality and excellence across our technology projects.

The ideal candidate will lead test planning, test case development, and execution, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality solutions to our internal associates and customers.

With 5+ years of experience in software testing, you will possess a strong understanding of software design methodologies, system development lifecycle (SDLC), and automated testing processes. You will be able to mentor and train junior team members, leveraging your expertise in writing clear and comprehensive test plans and cases.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute tests to achieve quality standards agreed upon in test strategy and plans.
  • Drive the development and implementation of test automation frameworks and techniques.
  • Optimize test coverage through effective leadership and support for test data management.
  • Ensure compliance with established processes and procedures, maintaining accurate documentation of test artifacts.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience developing test cases, executing test scripts, and investigating defects.
  • Strong knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Zephyr, as well as Selenium using Java and other QA automation tools.
