We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Surgery Partners. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients.
About the RoleThis part-time Registered Nurse position offers a unique blend of challenge and reward, with opportunities to work closely with our talented healthcare team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care. You will be responsible for providing direct patient care, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and promoting a culture of safety and quality within our facility.
Key Responsibilities- Patient Care: Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to established standards and guidelines, and responding to the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of our patients.
- Clinical Judgment: Utilize your critical thinking skills and nursing expertise to assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement evidence-based practices to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless communication, coordination, and delivery of patient care services.
- Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, best practices, and industry developments through ongoing education and training, enhancing your clinical expertise and professional growth.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: Active RN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
- Experience: At least 1+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Hospital, ASC, or Home Health setting.
- Certifications: BCLS certification; BLS certification preferred.
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
