Job Description

As a Gallery Host, you will play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for all guests visiting our gallery. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing excellent customer service and assisting them with any inquiries they may have.

You will be responsible for greeting and checking in guests, providing information about current exhibitions and events, and guiding guests through the gallery space. You will also handle ticket sales, process payments, and manage reservations.

Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front office area is also a key aspect of this role, as is assisting with general administrative tasks as needed.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong customer service orientation, excellent communication skills, and a friendly and outgoing personality. Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred, as well as a passion for art and culture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and checking in guests
