Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sanitation schedules to minimize downtime and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless operations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Operate and maintain sanitation equipment, including high-pressure hoses and cleaning solutions.
  • Monitor and record sanitation data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a culture of food safety and quality within the production team.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sanitation or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of sanitation principles and practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Working Conditions

This is a designated 3rd shift Sunday through Thursday (8 hours) position. The work environment includes exposure to sounds and noise levels that are distracting or uncomfortable, and during the cleaning process, there is a wet environment with high humidity, dampness, and wet floors.
