**Job Responsibilities:
As a Certified Vehicle Technician, your primary responsibility will be to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair customer vehicles efficiently, adhering to dealership processes.
- Test drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems, ensuring high-quality results.
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers of additional services needed.
- Provide estimates of time required for other repairs, executing them under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; two years of experience as a certified auto technician preferred.
- Ford certification is an asset.
- Demonstrate knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance.
- Showcase fast learning skills, team player attitude, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong customer service abilities.
- Computer skills and willingness to learn new problems are essential.
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license necessary.
