Join Our On-Call Float Program

Wilson Homecare is seeking skilled and compassionate nurse aides to join our highly sought-after on-call float program. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional care to a diverse range of clients across different areas of Oahu.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive care to clients, including bed baths, showers, brief changes, transfers, and Alzheimer's/dementia care.
  • Utilize various home healthcare equipment to address client needs.
  • Work with clients with diverse needs, including those with dementia, end-of-life care, stroke, ambulation challenges, and more.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • One year of experience as a nurse aide or CNA certification.
  • Experience with transfers, including using a Hoyer lift and gait belt.
  • Compassionate and empathetic attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to varying client needs.
  • First Aid/CPR certification (classes available if needed).
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving abstract and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to follow an on-call schedule with flexibility.
