Welcome to Clark Pest Control, where we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional pest control services to our customers. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work independently outdoors, servicing and protecting homes and their surrounding environments from unwanted pest activity.

Our Goal:

We aim to provide a maintenance program that ensures our customers don't suffer from reoccurring pest activity. Like electricians or HVAC technicians, our ultimate goal is to ensure the safety and well-being of the customers we serve.

Responsibilities:

  • Controlling pests, weeds, lawn fertilization, tree/shrub care, and other agricultural pests on-site in residential accounts.
  • Inspecting residential structures to determine the presence of pests and calculating the severity of infestations.
  • Creating diagrams and graphs indicating the type, degree, and location of infestations.

Benefits:

  • A salary range of $55,000 - $80,000 annually, based on experience.

  • Paid on-the-job training, including paid pest license and license renewal.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • No prior experience required, but a valid driver's license is necessary.
  • The ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company-paid).
  • Meet physical job requirements, including safely using a ladder, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in various weather conditions.
