Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyze nursing center financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action.
  • Lead and guide department heads to ensure seamless operations and high-quality patient care.
  • Promote and represent the nursing center in the community to foster positive relationships and public image.
  • Create a work environment that encourages employee engagement, adherence to core values, and exceptional patient care.
  • Ensure regulatory and policy compliance within the nursing center.
