Kewadin Casinos is seeking a highly skilled Casino Group Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of motorcoach groups at our casinos.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations. You will be responsible for generating vouchers and gaming packages for arriving groups, maintaining manifests, and entering new customer information into our player database system.

  • Generate vouchers and gaming packages for groups arriving at Kewadin Casinos.
  • Maintain accurate manifests and enter new customer information and accounts in our player database system.
  • Distribute coupons and packages to Kewadin Casino customers as necessary.
Additional Responsibilities

In addition to the above responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be responsible for:

  • Generating and informing winners of any current promotional offerings.
  • Submitting accurate and timely reports to appropriate team members.
  • Performing other job-related duties as assigned.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, and preferably experience working with casino software such as Springer Miller, Delphi, Coachworks, Tour Management, and Dollars on the Net. You must also undergo a criminal background investigation under the rules of the National Indian Gaming Commission.

You will be required to work extended hours when needed, including nights, weekends, and holidays. You must be flexible and available to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

A Native American preference may apply to this position.
