Job Purpose:

Engage in the production processes within manufacturing facilities, focusing on the assembly and fabrication of various products.

It is essential for the individual to competently execute the core responsibilities of this role, with or without reasonable accommodations.


Summary of Essential Job Duties:
Assembles components by integrating parts and subassemblies. Positions or aligns components and parts, either manually or utilizing lifting equipment. Employs hand tools or machinery to construct assemblies. Maintains cleanliness and organization of the workspace and equipment, including tools. Prepares orders by managing requests and supply orders; gathering materials; packaging items; and organizing orders for shipment. Daily responsibilities may include winding, tacking, applying decals, sealing, painting, rolling, drilling, etc. Identifies defective items and manages them according to established protocols. Collaborates with team members to efficiently assemble products. Conducts inventory of tools, parts, and supplies; communicates with material handlers for supply needs. Performs additional tasks as assigned.

To successfully fulfill this role, an individual must be capable of performing each essential duty effectively. Physical capability and strength to lift and operate heavy machinery. Good hand-eye coordination. Exceptional manual dexterity. Must possess strong organizational skills. Required Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory. Experience in manufacturing or production is preferred but not required. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at a time. Willingness to perform repetitive tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods.
