About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Executive Director to lead our hospice team in Woodbury, NJ. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hospice location, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and promoting a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and oversight to our hospice team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care and services.
  • Quality Improvement: Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Compliance and Regulatory: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Human Resources: Manage and develop our hospice team, fostering a culture of excellence and employee engagement.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial performance of our hospice location, ensuring effective budgeting and resource allocation.
Requirements
  • Education: Registered Nurse with a minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing, Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum one year management/supervisory experience in hospice or home health, two or more years' experience in hospice/home care required.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Current license to practice nursing in the state of employment, CPR Certification, and valid driver's license.
