Responsibilities
- Conduct initial psychosocial assessments and provide updated clinical notes.
- Counsel patients through grief, loss, life changes, depression, anxiety, stress, and other mental health concerns.
- Provide progress notes after each session (SOAP Notes).
Requirements
- You must be licensed in North Carolina.
- You must have your own reliable laptop, desktop computer, or tablet.
- An NPI# and CAQH profile will be required if hired.
