Job Summary

Mains'l is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team in Oroville. As a Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with various abilities and limitations in their homes and communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with mental health concerns and developmental limitations.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as cooking, cleaning, and medication administration.
  • Support individuals in their homes and communities, promoting independence and autonomy.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to problem-solve and create a positive and inclusive culture.
  • Document daily activities and progress in a clear and accurate manner.
Requirements
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to pass a background check through the Department of Justice (DOJ) and FBI check if applicable.
  • Safe and reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and auto insurance, if applicable.
  • Ability to pass a driving record check, if applicable.
  • TB (Tuberculosis) Skin Test.
  • Physical, if applicable.

Pay Scale

Starting rate: $17.00 per hour ($17.25 after 90 days and completion of new hire training). Maximum Pay Rate: $18.75 per hour based on years of experience at Mains'l.
