We are currently seeking an Early Childhood Educator who will create a secure and nurturing atmosphere for children aged 0 to 36 months, promoting their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth. Our focus is on delivering comprehensive, high-quality early care and education to families in need.

Key Responsibilities:
Teacher/Child Interactions:

  • Conduct daily observations of children and develop experience plans that build on their previous knowledge.
  • Model and encourage appropriate behavior and expectations.
  • Engage children in discussions to enhance vocabulary and understanding.
Program Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with colleagues to make daily decisions regarding materials, activities, and environments that foster learning.
  • Observe and document each child's health, behavior, growth, and development.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of children in the classroom.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and accessible environment for children.
  • Complete necessary documentation for incidents and accidents.

Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or GED and 45 DCF hours.
