About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Management Trainee program at Mo' Bettahs - Texas. As a Manager in Training, you will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in leading a team of up to 40 team members, providing exceptional customer service, and overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the General Manager in leading the team and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Oversee the development of the Mo' Bettahs brand daily, including maintaining a clean and tidy dining area
  • Help create weekly staff schedules and ensure that all team members are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties
Requirements
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Two or more years of management experience in business or food management
  • Analyze profit and loss statement data and create action plans to solve any related problems
