Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Property Accountant who is meticulous, embraces challenges, and is driven to succeed. This role is based in Mt. Pleasant, MI, and involves managing financial reports for a diverse portfolio of properties. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and analyzing financial statements
- Posting journal entries
- Managing cash flow
- Processing month-end closing reports
- Conducting external reporting
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
Work Flexibility
Upon successful completion of training, this position offers the opportunity to balance work hours between the office and remote settings.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with financial accounting software

- Prior experience with general ledger
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
