As a Project Engineer at River City Construction, you will play a critical role in supporting construction efforts and working collaboratively with other company departments to carry projects through carefully planned preconstruction efforts. This includes maintaining a thorough understanding of projects, recognizing and acting upon priority tasks with minimal supervision, and effectively delegating tasks and supervising project teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Management Support: Apply discipline to contribute to a highly functioning team dynamic while working collaboratively with Project Managers, regardless of operating region, the Field Operations Department, and the RCC Leadership Team.
* Project Team: Utilize the latest technology to improve communication, document control, and quality, while working with onsite Client Representatives to coordinate project details.
* Field Project Focus: Resolve field construction problems in coordination with onsite agencies, attend progress meetings, develop status reports, and deliver presentations as required.
Requirements
* 0-4+ years of experience desired
* 4-year degree preferred in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or similar field
* Strong organizational skills, good time management, professionalism, and ability to work well with others
* Sense of selflessness, humility, and enterprise first mentality, emotional and social intelligence
* Certifications/Licenses Required: OSHA 10
