Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate self-evaluations for Agile teams and create actionable improvement strategies.
  • Administer Net Promoter Score (NPS) assessments to gauge team satisfaction and pinpoint areas for development.
  • Monitor and evaluate the frequency of product launches and other significant performance metrics.
  • Lead team gatherings, workshops, and training sessions to advocate for Agile best practices.
  • Promote the ongoing enhancement of Agile methodologies throughout the organization.
  • Guide and mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and other team members.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure Agile methodologies align with organizational goals.
  • Deliver regular updates on team performance and progress towards objectives.

Essential Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a Scrum Master and/or Product Owner.
  • Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent.
  • Exceptional facilitation and communication abilities.
  • Expertise in analyzing performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Demonstrated success in coaching and mentoring teams.
  • Capability to conduct training sessions and workshops effectively.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in coaching within an Agile environment.
  • Advanced Agile certifications such as Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC) or similar.
  • Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
  • Background in the energy sector or experience collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams.
