Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Autism Therapy Professional to join our team at Blossom ABA Therapy. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $24-$27 per hour, with flexible scheduling options available. Our full-time positions require a minimum of 30 hours per week, while part-time positions require a minimum of 15 hours per week. Responsibilities

As an Autism Therapy Professional, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing ABA therapy to children with autism under the direction and guidance of a BCBA
  • Collecting and recording data on client behavior and progress
  • Engaging clients in various activities to promote skill development
  • Maintaining a safe and supportive environment for clients
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines in all interactions
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure consistency in therapy delivery
