Senior Foreman

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Bridge Construction Supervisor to join our team at Prince Contracting. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of bridges from start to finish, ensuring that all work meets project specifications and is completed on time and within budget.

• Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful completion of bridge construction projects.
• Team Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of bridge carpenters, laborers, and pile drivers to ensure that all work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that all work meets project specifications and industry standards.
• Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all parties are informed and aligned with project progress.
• Safety and Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential safety risks and hazards on the construction site, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.

• Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in managing a crew of bridge carpenters, laborers, and pile drivers in a heavy highway/bridge construction environment.
• Education and Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong understanding of bridge construction principles and practices.
• Skills and Abilities: Excellent supervisory and communication skills, with the ability to read blueprints and possess hands-on knowledge of every aspect of bridge construction.
• Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment, with frequent exposure to heavy highway traffic and varying weather conditions.
