Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive legal research and evaluations
- Draft a variety of legal documents including pleadings, motions, and contracts
- Engage in the negotiation and formulation of agreements

- Work alongside senior attorneys to develop case strategies
- Keep meticulous case documentation
- Provide legal counsel and support to clients
Required Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited institution
- Active membership in the Georgia State Bar
- Strong research, writing, and analytical capabilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively
This Legal Counsel role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic legal environment. The ideal candidate should possess a genuine interest in legal matters and a desire to engage in courtroom activities. Previous courtroom experience is not required, as we offer comprehensive training and mentorship throughout your legal career. If you are enthusiastic about courtroom engagement and eager to learn from seasoned attorneys, this position is well-suited for you. You will gain valuable exposure to courtroom dynamics and benefit from the guidance of experienced colleagues.
