Job Summary

The Adult Military and Family Life Counselor (Adult-MFLC) will provide non-medical support to service members, military family members, and eligible staff. This includes counseling, consultation, and outreach services to promote resilience and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide face-to-face counseling to military service members and their families.
  • Participate in activities with service members, military spouses, and families to build rapport and provide support.
  • Offer presentations to service members, military families, and leadership at military-connected events.
  • Communicate information regarding trends and issues at assigned installations to Team Leads.
