- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor and manage patient conditions, including cardiac patients pre and post procedure
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence
- Associate's degree in Nursing (ASN) or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association
- Advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty
