Job Title: Surgical Technologist

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join their team for a 13-week travel assignment in Española, New Mexico.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Surgical Technologist to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Surgical Technologist, you will be responsible for preparing operating rooms, sterilizing equipment, and assisting surgeons during procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare operating rooms and equipment for surgical procedures
  • Assist surgeons during procedures, including passing instruments and maintaining a sterile environment
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare team members
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Surgical Technologist
  • BLS/BCLS certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of concentration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
