Job Overview

We are now hiring experienced CDL-A truck drivers to join our team at CFI. As a key member of our fleet, you will have opportunities for dedicated, regional, and over-the-road positions.

Compensation Package

Solo Company Drivers can earn up to $0.56 per mile, with top drivers earning $100,000+ annually. Team drivers earn up to $0.73 per mile (split), with each driver paid their pay rate for all miles the truck runs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive across 48 contiguous states for two to three weeks at a time
  • Maintain accurate records and logs
  • Comply with all applicable legal and DOT regulations
Requirements
  • Valid CDL-A license
  • 6 months minimum tractor-trailer driving experience
  • 21 years of age or older
  • Ability to pass all applicable CFI certification class testing and requirements
