Primary Care Physician

Optigy Health is seeking a highly skilled Primary Care Physician to join our team. As a primary care physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients of all ages.
Key Responsibilities- Provide routine check-ups and health screenings to patients
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
- Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests as needed
- Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patient outcomes
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families to ensure understanding and compliance with treatment plans
- Competitive salary range of $220,000 to $240,000 per year
- Sign-on bonus of $20,000 paid in one lump sum
- Differential hourly rate for working on Saturdays
- Bonus program up to $24,000 annually
- Malpractice insurance paid by Optigy Health
- Eligibility for enrollment in Optigy Health's health and benefit plans
- Coverage of one-time annual salary Basic Life and AD&D up to $200,000
- Aflac supplemental insurance
- 401(k) plan with company matching
- CME annual allowance
- Renewal payment of medical state license, DEA, and NICA
- 136 hours of Paid Time Off
- One floating holiday
- One week of paid time off for CME
- Ten paid holidays
- Board certification in family medicine or internal medicine
- Bi-lingual preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
