Key Responsibilities of a Machine Operator:
  • Collaborate with a team to enhance manufacturing efficiency, minimize downtime, and reduce waste.
  • Perform quality inspections to verify that products meet specified dimensions and are free from material defects.
  • Address equipment issues promptly and effectively.
  • Accurately operate all die-cutting, folding, and gluing machinery in accordance with job specifications.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on machinery, including lubrication, minor repairs, and cleaning.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Cross-train on additional equipment to provide coverage during peak periods and assist in training others on die-cutting and folding equipment.

Qualifications for the Machine Operator Role:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience operating die-cut and folder/gluer machinery, specifically on Moll Regal Folder/Gluer and Moll Flex cut 760 or equivalent.
  • Strong mechanical skills and effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
  • Willingness to collaborate closely with fellow production staff.
  • Proficient in understanding and following both written and verbal instructions.
  • Adept at troubleshooting and resolving issues with a methodical approach.
