Job Summary

Capital One is seeking a highly skilled Principal Associate, Support Specialist to join our team. This role will provide communication and coordination for a geographically dispersed enterprise workforce, acting as a liaison between the Support Organization and its partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide communication and coordination with internal and external departments with respect to ongoing projects, strategies, and technologies.
  • Act as a liaison between the Support Organization and its partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the work between the Support Organization and its partners, and develop strategies to improve the end-user experience.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to drive operational efficiencies and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing IT projects or operations teams.
  • At least 2 years of Technical Operations experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT systems and infrastructure.
  • At least 2 years experience with desktop platforms and operating systems.
  • At least 2 years of experience with incident management and reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or Military experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience with defining, implementing, and leveraging process (change, incident, problem) management functions.
  • ITIL Certification.
  • At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Project Management (planning, executing, tracking).
