Survey Technician

As a Survey Technician, you will play a crucial role in conducting boundary, topography, ALTA, right of way, and construction surveys for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Party Chief in conducting surveys and gathering data
- Perform routine tasks to become familiar with equipment, terminology, and operating procedures
- Operate surveying tools and electronic equipment, including the tribrach and tripod
- Abide by safety requirements and follow traffic control and safety procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Physically capable of cutting brush and hammering iron and wood stakes
- Follow safety requirements and be knowledgeable of traffic control and safety procedures
- Familiar with proper procedures for the care, cleaning, and use of surveying tools and equipment
- No experience needed, but ability to lift 50 lbs and work outside for 8-10 hours a day
- Ability to walk 2 miles
