Job Summary

Ring Power Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Custodian to maintain a clean and safe environment for our employees and customers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain areas as specified in the custodian's schedule, including conference rooms, lobby/reception area, restrooms, break rooms, customer lounge, and lounge bathroom.
  • Wipe down all door handles, tables, chairs, sinks, countertops, and touch points in stairwells, water fountains, restrooms, and classrooms.
  • Sweep all entrances, stairwells, kitchens/breakrooms, bathrooms, and rugs to ensure they are free from debris or dirt.
  • Empty all trash receptacles and clean all bathrooms, kitchens, and locker rooms.
  • Stock soap and paper products as needed and maintain acceptable levels of janitorial supplies.
  • Clean all glass partitions, disinfect and wipe down all elevators, and dust all wood door frames.

Qualifications

Working Environment
