Custodian

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team at Johns Manville. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and visitors.

• Perform a variety of custodial duties, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning of floors, walls, and surfaces.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and floor polishers.
• Restock supplies and materials as needed.
• Secure buildings at the end of the day by turning off lights and locking doors.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of experience in custodial work or a related field.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
