Our company is a rapidly expanding property management firm primarily operating in the Mid-Atlantic region.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in apartment maintenance, showcasing skills in appliance repair, general carpentry, basic plumbing, electrical work, drywall installation, and painting. While HVAC and CFC certifications are advantageous, they are not mandatory. The Maintenance Technician must demonstrate the ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

This position encompasses a variety of responsibilities related to general apartment maintenance. Key duties include addressing technical maintenance requests, executing preventative maintenance tasks, assisting with unit turnovers, and participating in the after-hours on-call rotation. The Maintenance Technician will report directly to the Community Manager. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and certifications.

  • HVAC/CFC Certification is preferred.

  • Possess reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Must be in excellent physical condition and capable of extensive mobility.
  • Willingness to work weekends and participate in an on-call rotation.
