Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to work in our outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation setting. Your key responsibilities will include performing new-patient evaluations/exams, diagnosing patients, creating personalized treatment plans, and tracking patient progress. You will also educate patients on techniques for continued care and measure the effectiveness of interventions.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive new-patient evaluations/exams
  • Diagnose patients and evaluate their physical activity limitations
  • Create personalized treatment plans with set goals and completion dates
  • Equip patients with PT intervention techniques and exercises, tracking progress regularly
  • Provide education to patients on techniques for continued care
  • Examine and evaluate new patients to establish accurate diagnoses
  • Establish a plan goal and time frame for each patient
  • Presume intervention techniques and exercises tailored to individual needs
  • Measure and track intervention effectiveness to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Educate patients on continued care techniques
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess a degree from an accredited PT program and hold a current PT license in North Carolina. Additionally, you should have experience working in an outpatient neuro/ortho center or vestibular rehab environment, with a passion for helping patients with vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall-risk issues. Self-motivation, a willingness to learn, and the ability to carry out and progress a skilled treatment plan are essential qualities for success in this position.
